Our esteemed Client in Edinburgh is looking for a compassionate and reliable Minibus Driver to support young people's transportation needs.
The position offers a pay rate of £13.48 per hour with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, including a 60-minute break.
Candidates must have a valid UK driving license with D1 category and previous experience in a similar role, preferably involving children or individuals with additional needs.
Key responsibilities include safely transporting students, assisting them with boarding and exiting the minibus, and maintaining a clean vehicle.
This is a temporary ongoing position that requires a PVG check, and immediate start is available for those who meet the requirements.

Safely transport students to and from school, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Assist students in boarding and exiting the minibus, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle, conducting regular checks and reporting any issues promptly.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, fostering a friendly and supportive environment.
Adhere to all road safety regulations and school transport policies.

Requirements:

Valid UK driving license with D1 category (essential).
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with children or individuals with additional needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring and patient attitude with a strong commitment to student welfare.
