Receptionist
Based in Central Edinburgh
£13.80 per hour + holiday pay
Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a leading consultancy business based in Edinburgh City Centre. They're looking to recruit a Receptionist on a short-term contract. Working with a friendly, welcoming team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing Reception & Admin support.

- Dates: 12th, 13th, 14th, and 17th June
- Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
- Office based
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and ensuring a welcoming service is provided to all visitors
- Tracking facilities issues on internal system
- Managing room booking system
- Organising meetings
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Person Specifications:
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Administrator, or Facilities Coordinator
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Strong IT Skills
- Willingness to chip in with various tasks in the office
