Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a premium, heritage retailer in the heart of Edinburgh searching for supervisors. The brand is in an exciting period of change and is investing in store refits and building new teams. They are looking for multiple supervisors that can get excited about the product quality and the history surrounding it and deliver an excellent customer experience in store through storytelling and engaging service.

A supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the leadership team and motivate the staff on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets
• Having a strong retail floor presence
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Supporting with general day to day responsibilities on the shop floor and back of house

About you

As a supervisor you'll have:

• Proven experience in role with a fashion or accessories retailer
• A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
• The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
• A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for the brands product quality and core values
