Are you an experienced Support Worker with a minimum of 12 months UK-based care experience?

Position: Support WorkerLocation: Offshore islands in ScotlandDuration: Full-time, contract basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively as part of a team in a care at home or residential setting
- Recognise and encourage the rights of service users, assisting them in making informed choices
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to National Care Standards, setting appropriate boundaries
Requirements:
- Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle
- Minimum 12 months UK experience in a care setting
