This role entails assisting in the Ukrainian resettlement programme. This is an office based role and duties include:
  • Contacting clients in accommodation to complete housing benefit applications.
  • Collecting necessary proof of income.
  • Providing business support services through various communication channels such as telephone, face-to-face, email, and online platforms.
  • Managing the co-ordination resettlement into homes in Edinburgh.
A driver's license is preferred as it may grant access to a pool car or car rental. Familiarity with Northgate software and prior experience in a related field are also preferred.An ideal candidate would have the following skills:
