The globally recognised beauty brand, Estee Lauder Companies is seeking new people to join their team of Beauty consultants, based at Edinburgh Airport, in the all important Travel Retail division.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join the brand - the role involves selling and engaging customers with a number of the Estee Lauder brands, you get the benefit of working across all of them in store.
If you have retail or sales experience in fast paced environment and want to work in one of the most exciting retail locations, then this may be for you. The role involves learning all about the Estee Lauder brands, the iconic skincare ranges, make up and fragrances and advising, selling and conducting consultations with passengers in the airport. You could be working for Estee Lauder, Clinique, Jo Malone London or Tom Ford Beauty.
Key aspects of the role:
·Achieving sales targets in a proactive and positive way,
·Delivering excellence in a personalised service, demonstrating and engaging customers the brand,
·Maintaining excellent counter standards of hygiene, presentation and adhering to brand guidelines,
·Educating yourself with the on-line training modules
·Playing as part of a high performing team
Ideal candidates would have the following experience:
·Enthusiasm and genuine interest in the beauty industry,
·Previous experience within a retail role, although not essential
·Passion for delivering amazing service and really making a difference in the day of the passenger
·Personality and commercial spirit to embrace the brand
·High standards of hygiene and personal grooming,

Applicants should be aware that as this role is based within Edinburgh Airport, before you commence work you must have an Airside ID Pass, this requires a Criminal Reference Check and a 5 year checkable work history. You would be guided through this process and it may take a few weeks.
