Your impact:
- Lead, support, and inspire a skilled care team
- Deliver and oversee safe, person-centred nursing care
- Support medication, care planning, and clinical outcomes
- Promote dignity, independence, and meaningful engagement
You bring:
- NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- 3+ years’ experience in elderly or dementia care
- Leadership skills and a genuine passion for care
- Based within 30 minutes’ travel of the home
Bonus if you have:
- 2+ years in a similar clinical leadership role
- One year's experience of caring for residents living with dementia.
- A full driving licence
