An opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join an international manufacturer on a temporary to permanent basis, working 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, overtime available at uplifted rates, free onsite parking, with ongoing training and development.
Key responsibilities for the Production Operative:
- Operating various machines
- Use of tools to convert a range of products
- Pack finished goods ready for despatch, including wrapping and labelling.
- Basic maintenance to be carried out
- General upkeep and housekeeping
Experience of the Production Operative:
- Proven experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Worked within a fast-paced environment
Ideally you will have previous experience working within, warehousing, packing, production, manufacturing environment.
What's in return for the Production Operative:
- Starting rate of 11.44 per hour
- 38 hours basic and overtime available
- Rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts
- Annualised hours will be 12-hour days and nights as and when required
- Ongoing training provided to up-skill further
- Free onsite parking
