My client are specialist fast track fit out contractor providing a full interior design, procurement, delivery, furniture, and visualisation package. They work with a number of leading clients across the UK, delivering high quality services, with projects valued from 50k up to 2m.
With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting projects secured, they are seeking an experienced and talented fit out Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You'll be working on a range of exciting projects across the Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
As a Quantity Surveyor your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
- Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
- Effectively manage subcontractor relationships
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cost, contracts, and procurement.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis.
