Finance Assistant

Role Summary

• End to end purchase ledger
• Liaise with staff in other departments/locations to resolve queries
• Bank transaction processing & reconciliations
• Analysis of large invoices in Excel
• Allocation of customer receipts
• Use of several different online banking platforms
• Fleet administration
• Assist in transition to new IT system

Advantageous Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

• Experience of working in a multi-site business
• Excel spreadsheets & basic formulas
• Purchase ledger and bank reconciliation work
• Good communicator both verbally and in writing/e-mail
• Ability to plan & manage own workload to meet deadlines
• Systems: Microsoft Dynamics & Business Central, Sage 50, MS Office
