Junior Accounts Assistant Role Overview
NC Associates are recruiting on behalf of a prestige business who are looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join the team. No experience necessary but must be willing to learn and progress over time.
Junior Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, paying suppliers
- Sales/purchase ledger queries from creditors and debtors
- Daily cash books
- Petty cash
- Weekly banking
- Bank reconciliations for three bank accounts
- Credit control
- Filing
Junior Accounts Assistant Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administration role desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Suitable for someone who is keen to start a career in accounts
