About the Position

Are you an enthusiastic and seasoned Business Development Executive whocan engage with both potential and existing clients. This role involves initiating outbound calls to an existing database, reaching out to prospective clients, and advancing communication with current and potential clientele. A primary objective is to secure face-to-face meetings with contacts, as well as to generate inquiries aboutthe range of products and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to become part of a dynamic and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate telephone conversations with prospects to promote the company's offerings.

Follow up on and qualify leads from the CRM system.

Deliver scripted sales pitches to explain our products and services.

Collect and verify information accurately.

Address customer inquiries regarding products.

Schedule customer visits and trial appointments.

Maintain and update the CRM database regularly.

Assist the sales team in lead follow-up.

Skills & Experience

Positive and engaging demeanor.

Exceptional communication skills with confidence in phone conversations.

Prior experience in business development, telemarketing, or tele sales.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Experience with social media platforms is advantageous.

Comfortable engaging with various decision-makers.

Team player accustomed to office environments.

High customer focus with meticulous attention to service quality.

Proactive and consultative approach to phone-based interactions.

Clear speaking voice, professional appearance, and accustomed to being proactive in making numerous outbound calls daily.
