Randstad construction and property is looking for a mobile electrician to be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and repairs across multiple site locations in the Ellesmere Port area. This role is for a construction firm where you will be providing straightforward solutions to make places safe, smart and better for all your clients

Responsibilities

  • Work in different environments including in confined spaces or high up where you'll need to use ladders and scaffolding
  • Leave homes clean and safe and get tenant signatures when you've finished the job
  • Report faulty appliances, installations or equipment which do not meet safety regulations
  • Trace, diagnose and rectify faults
  • Carry out routine safety checks
  • Carry out programmed maintenance and servicing
  • Repair / replace electrical fittings



Required Skills

  • Driving Licence - Van & Petrol Card provided
  • You have served a recognised Electrical apprenticeship and/ or appropriate full electrical qualifications
  • Must hold a 18th Edition I.EE
  • Own a full set of appropriate tools
  • You have experience of working within a social housing environment and understand how the sector improves people's lives (Desirable)
  • ECS Gold Card qualification (essential)
  • Inspection and Testing qualification (desirable)
