Job Description:

24/7 are thrilled to be partnered with one of the biggest supply chain providers in the UK. Our client is looking for a Fleet Analyst / Customer Service Administrator based in Ellesmere Port

Shift and Pay Information for an Accounts Manager:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-5
  • Thursday 8-4
  • Friday would be working from home 9-5
  • Salary in the region of £23 to £24K

Main Accountabilities:

  • Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting in line with Customer requirements
  • Ensure exceptional handover experience to all customers - in line with Customer standards and expectations
  • Continually evaluate process from end to end and identify efficiencies and improvements
  • Work with the management team to suggest improvements on managing the customer journey
  • Regular checks of the Fleet data and reporting systems to check for anomalies and propose resolutions
  • Progress all vehicles from point of order to Handover
  • Assist the teams with scheme member enquiries, emails and phone calls and face to face contact.
  • Assist in chasing scheme members for orders, loan document signatures and Handover appointments

For this job you will require:

  • Data analysis experience, with very strong Excel skills. Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills
  • At least 3 years experience in a Customer Service Role
  • Strong Administration skills with a min of 3yrs + experience
  • Collaborative working skills, to work effectively with a variety of internal / external stakeholders is essential. Ability to effectively present data to all levels.
