Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.

- Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for every student.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all children feel valued and respected.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN, preferably in an SEMH setting.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach to supporting students' diverse needs.
- Ability to adapt to challenging situations with resilience and creativity, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education or related fields (desirable but not essential).
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
