Our Client based just outside of Ely is seeking a Conveyor Belt Fitter to join their team.

We are seeking candidates who have previous mechanical experience- ideally within the food factory industry however other sectors will be considered.

You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and be flexible to undertake a scheduled call-out rota (1 in 3 weeks). In return you will join a small team offering some great benefits.

Duties:

• Fitting Conveyor belts for customers in a variety of industries.
• Utilise experience in mechanical fitting- to include PVC and PU.
• Undertake scheduled call-out rota (1 in 3 weeks).
• Maintain work environment to ensure it is kept clean and tidy.
• Ensure all waste is disposed of safely and in line with company processes.
• Deputise and provide cover for absent employees as required.
• Additional reasonable tasks are required by the line manager.

What we are looking for:

• Previous Mechanical experience - ideally with the food factory industry.
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• PC Literate
• A good team player.
• Full UK Driving licence.
