Account Manager

Location: Ely (CB7)
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 Flexible Hours Monday- Thursday (4 day week!)
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000

Polytec are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager for our client based in Ely.

Responsibilities:

* Lead contact for customer account management matters
* Input orders onto the MRP system
* Ensuring parts are on track with production
* Create returns paperwork
* Ensure new enquiries are dealt with promptly
* Maintain a strong customer relationship

Requirements:

* Excellent attention to detail and work accuracy
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
* IT literate with good MS Office skills
* A good understanding of MRP systems would be helpful
* Previous experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment
