We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our client's team. FULL OR PART TIME CONSIDERED!

The Speech & Language Therapist is an autonomous practitioner providing a high standard speech & language therapy service withinteh Neuro Rehab Therapy Centre. You will be responsible for working with the Multi Disciplinary Team & the Home Managers / Lead Nurses to ensure that the rehabilitation and therapy needs of each Service User are met. This will involve ensuring that Speech & Language Therapy provision is of consistently high quality and in line with procedures.

Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and document service user progress throughout the course of therapy

Qualifications:
SLT Qualification

Experience with neurological caseload

Must be willing to undertake any further training as required.
- Registration as a Speech-Language therapist with HCPC
- Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy related to speech production and swallowing
- Strong understanding of various neuro related disorders and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
