Domestic Maintenance Electrician
A well-established family run plumbing and heating company have key requirements for a domestic maintenance electrician to cover North and East London. With a fantastic staff retention and growing portfolio there are various opportunities to further progress your career.
As a successful Domestic Maintenance Electrician, you will:
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will be conducting general maintenance in domestic properties
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will be completing fire alarm checks, fixing sockets/ switches
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will be on a call out rota roughly 1 in every 10 weeks, 250 per week standby when on call, and 35 per job
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will be conducting fault finding in domestic properties
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will work core hours 08:00-17:00 Monday- Friday
As a successful Domestic Maintenance Electrician, you must:
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician must have their Level 3 Electrical Installations, 18th Edition, 2391 is desirable
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will have previous electrical repairs experience in a domestic environment
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will be required to have a full UK clean licence
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician must have PDA system experience
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will be required to pass a DBS check (Standard check)
- Domestic Maintenance Electrician will be in a commutable distance to East/ North London
Domestic Maintenance Electrician will be paid up to 50k basic + Holiday + Package
