About the Role: Our esteemed client is seeking a dedicated EHV Technical Support to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring quality assurance and compliance in new EHV installations. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team during the design stage and support the operational project teams during the installation stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to analyse products and systems during the design stage.
- Supervise the installation of cables.
- Monitor and audit cable and jointing teams to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Conduct pre-works and post-works sheath testing.
- Maintain and update project files for EHV installations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Full UK driving license.
- Preferred background in Electrical and/or Engineering.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- EUSR certification.
- NRSWA accreditations.
