We are a leading recruitment company, seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor on behalf of our prestigious client based in Highway. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing tailored mortgage advice to clients under the guidance of experienced advisors, ensuring solutions meet their unique financial needs and circumstances.
  • Learn to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial situations, including income, expenditures, and existing assets, to determine the most suitable mortgage products.
  • Support in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in staying abreast of market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date and compliant advice.
  • Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to understand and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  • Support in managing the mortgage process from initial consultation to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Learn to collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and compliance officers, to ensure all documentation and processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • CeMAP qualification or willingness to work towards achieving it.
