M4 Specialist are currently recruiting for HGV Home Delivery Drivers on a Temporary to Permanent basis to work in Enfield, North London.
As a HGV driver you will be responsible for the delivery process and installation from a wide range of furnishings, white goods and sports equipment whilst maintaining John Lewis’s excellent customer service standards.
This can be a physically demanding job but a rewarding one.
TEMP 2 PERM
Shift Times Basic Pay Overtime after 41 hours per week
6am to 5pm £16.41ph £24.62 ph
10:30am to 9:30pm £16.84 ph £24.62 ph
Hours of work
41 hours per week, you will be assigned a rota working 4 out of 7 days on one of the below shift timings:
06:00 – 17:00 Monday to Saturday
10:30 - 21:30 Monday to Friday & 07:00 - 18:00 Saturday
Requirements:
- Must be aged 18 or over
- A valid UK C1 or C Driving Licence (with a maximum of 6 points)
- Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC)
- UK Drivers Qualification Card (DQC)
- Valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
- Physically fit
- Good communication skills
- Able to promote and maintain the John Lewis brand through excellent customer service and courteous road etiquette.
