The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with Ark John Keats Academy in Enfield to find an exceptional French Teacher to join their team from either September 2024.

Responsibilities
- Help to set high expectations for the department so that all students are inspired, motivated and challenged to reach their full potential
- Create a positive climate for learning by partaking in the MFL departments implementation of lesson routines and consistently and fair application of behaviour systems
- Develop strong partnerships and ensure regular communication with parents
- Be active in issues of student welfare and support
- Complete duties around the school, modelling best practice for all staff
Requirements
- Mastery of and enthusiasm for French
- Knowledge of the national secondary education system, examinations and curriculum
- Experience of reflecting on and improving teaching practice to increase student achievement
- Experience of interpreting student data to drive lesson planning and student progress
- Experience of raising attainment in a challenging environment
- Experience of leading successful enrichment which inspires and motivates learners
- Effective and systematic behaviour management
- Required to cover general primary curriculum as well.
- Must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
- Must hold Right to work in the UK
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one
- Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 professional references to cover the last 2 years
