Job Summary:
We are searching for aTopographical Surveyor to pioneer cutting-edge surveying techniques with a industry leading surveying firm. Lead laser scanning surveys, integrate data into BIM workflows, and deliver precise 3D models. Collaborate with industry experts and drive innovation in spatial data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise laser scanning surveys.
- Integrate data into BIM workflows.
- Generate 3D models and CAD drawings.
- Manage client expectations.
- Maintain laser scanning equipment.
Requirements:
- Hold a CSCS card.
- Possess experience with UAV/drone operations. (Desirable)
- Proficiency in N4CE software or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring.
- Prior experience with laser scanning and proficiency in BIM workflows.
- Proficiency in BIM/GIS software such as Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Revit, etc.
