We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Site Manager who has at least 5 years experience managing the delivery of Construction Projects within the Light Industrial & Commercial Office sectors.
You will be working for a Regional Principle Contractor who have direct relationships with each client, subcontracting out specialist packages of works.
Due to an increase in the volume of Construction & Fit Out Projects with one of their key clients, an Automotive Manufacturer, they need additional experienced resource. You will be working, predominately, on the clients Estate in Enstone Oxfordshire.
Theprojects are a range of interior fit out projects and the conversion of industrial units to manufacturing facilities . The scope of works includes general construction packages, structural works and civils.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a day rate of 320 per day.
