We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for maintaining financial systems and providing excellent support within a care home environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Day to day of the role:- Maintain cash flow and ensure accurate allocation of bank transactions.
- Implement and manage the bank interface with Sage Intacct.
- Handle resident and supplier queries efficiently.
- Automate resident invoicing and assist in the development of paperless AP invoices.
- Develop invoice approval paths and maintain a new AP system.
- Assist in the development of a new Time and Attendance system.
- Reconcile and manage new prepaid cash cards.
- Generate ad hoc reports as required by the team.
- Excellent understanding of Sage software.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters.
- Good interpersonal skills with residents and suppliers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Organised, diligent, and able to manage multiple tasks.
