My client

We have just partnered with a fast growing consultancy business in Epsom who are currently looking to expand their business support teams due to continued growth and client demand. This role will involve supporting the internal teams with a variety of administration tasks including booking in appointments, client document requests and sending out confirmation emails of service deliveries. They have an excellent team who will provide excellent training including IT systems development.

Job description

  • First point of contact for all client requests and deal with them in a professional manner.
  • Support the internal sales and service divisions by administration support including compliance.
  • Ensure that all GDPR regulations are being met and uploaded on company records.
  • Work closely in a team dynamic to achieve all daily targets consistently.
  • Send out information packs to clients including confirmations of quotes etc.
  • Always applying excellent attention to detail to make sure that sales invoices are being processed efficiently.
