In this role, you will:
- Lead a team undertaking technical design work within an airport environment.
- Work with clients to understand their objectives and deliver successful projects.
- Contribute to the development of the company's airport civil engineering business.
- Demonstrate expertise in airfield pavement design, materials specification, and maintenance.
- Successfully coordinate and deliver design solutions on time and within budget.
- Chartered or Fellow Civil Engineer status.
- Many years of design experience in an airport environment (or transferable skills).
- A strong understanding of airfield and infrastructure design, with a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to completion.
- Knowledge of UK and/or international pavement design methods.
- Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
- The ability to prepare proposals and manage project budgets.
