We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Advisor to join a not-for-profit organisation based in Epsom. This role is ideal for someone passionate about professional growth and development, who is eager to contribute to the continuous learning culture of our organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Design and deliver a range of learning and development initiatives to meet organisational needs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop bespoke training programmes.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of L&D activities with organisational goals.
  • Manage the L&D budget and negotiate with external training providers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and implement improvements.
  • Support the personal development of staff through coaching and mentoring.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development to enhance the organisation’s strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Learning and Development role.
  • Strong understanding of L&D best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programmes.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Training, or a related field is desirable.
