Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a company in central Epsom, who are looking for new members of their Customer Service team.

The company offer a competitive salary of up to £25,000 (depending on experience), plus excellent benefits, free parking and hybrid working options.

The role sits within a busy, friendly team who are responsible for ensuring that customers’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded.Specific responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephone calls from customers and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Carrying out a range of administrative tasks
  • Managing and maintaining customer records
  • Responding to emails accurately and concisely

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English
  • Previous experience of Customer Service and/or Administration, ideally within a Financial Services environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills

Hours of work are on a rota between 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, with one Saturday a month 9am-12pm (paid as overtime).
