Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to client queries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities.
