ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: ERITH
HOURS: 9AM - 5PM
SALARY: UPTO £26K
A local company that specialises in the Utility and construction sector are looking for an experienced, Administrator who is both a team player and happy to work independently, within their Erith offices.
Duties
- Liaising with our Contract Managers
- Supporting the office team
- Putting together quotations
- Answering telephone calls and filtering calls around the office
- Any and all administration duties including filing
- Orders office supplies and equipment.
Preferred Skills
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using Outlook, word and excel
Due to the location you must have access to your own vehicle
