The RoleAs General Manager, you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and memorable guest experiences.
Inspire and lead a passionate team across front-of-house, bar, and reservations.
Manage budgets, staffing, training, and service standards with precision.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and ownership to deliver consistent excellence.
Maintain a deep knowledge of fine wines, seasonal menus, and current dining trends.
Proven experience as a GM or senior manager in a premium or fine-dining environment.
Hands-on leadership style with a sharp eye for detail.
A guest-first mindset, with natural confidence and charisma.
Strong financial and administrative skills (P&L, rotas, stock control).
A love of food, wine, and genuine hospitality.
