We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Geography Teacher to join a dynamic team at a lovely, Ofsted rated "Good", mixed mainstream secondary school. Located in the vibrant community of Camden, the school is renowned for providing a highly personalised curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of all our students. 

At this school in Camden, the primary objective is to develop meaningful learning experiences that empower our students to actively participate in the wider community and successfully transition into life beyond school. 

As a Geography Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our exceptional students. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who possesses a genuine passion for working with young people with diverse needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the wider school community, including parents, therapists, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Adapt curriculum materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning abilities and styles.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social and emotional well-being of all students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and implementing individualized interventions where necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience working with students with diverse needs, preferably in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and experience in adapting it to meet individual learning requirements.
