We're seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join our expanding product development team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the quality and compliance of our products throughout the entire development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage our in-house testing facility and ensure products undergo thorough testing.
  • Lead efforts to ensure global regulatory compliance (e.g., CE, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65).
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Design teams to create and own product test specifications.
  • Maintain and calibrate in-house testing equipment.
  • Participate in product risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Assist the Quality Manager with product compliance documentation.

What You Bring:

  • Technician-level qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Experience in project management and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant industry.

A Plus:

  • Experience managing global product compliance.
  • Experience with 5S/6S, RCCA, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • CAD experience.
