Opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a reputable consultancy on a contract / temp basis in Exeter for 2 – 3 months plus. Looking for an experienced Architectural Technician that is able to come in and hit the ground running to assist on bespoke residential and commercial projects. You will need to have an excellent technical ability and knowledgeable on building regulations. Preferably be proficient in Vectorworks and Revit.Role
  • Producing working drawing packages
  • Have an excellent technical ability
  • Up to date on all UK building regulations
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Attending site meetings
  • Measured surveys and site inspections
  • Vectorworks and Revit software skills is preferred but not mandatory
  • AutoCAD skills
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
  • Previous project sector experience on the above required
  • Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
  • Relevant Architectural qualification
  • In practice UK based experience essential
