Architectural Technologist, Exeter £30k - £40k DOE + Benefits package If you would like to know more about this role, please contact Sophie Randle at RGB RecruitmentOpportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an international company who is renowned to be the most respected construction multi-disciplinary within the world. The consultancy have offices worldwide and provides full services to clients in the public and private sector cross a variety of project.This would be a perfect opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with a crossover in Building Surveying or familiar within the surveying industry. Revit proficiency is required along with previous experience in developing packages for existing buildings, refits, refurbishments and upgrades. You would also need to have onsite experience, used to dealing with contractors, and overseeing the project through to handover.Due to the sensitivity and nature of these projects, security clearance is required, therefore we are only able to consider British Nationals. Role
  • Producing working drawing packages
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Lead and manage technical design projects
  • Attending site meetings
  • Measured surveys and site inspections
  • Proficient in Revit is essential
  • In practice experience is a mandatory requirement
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
  • Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
  • Architectural degree
  • A minimum of a couple of years industry experience is required
