Role Overview:

As an Back Office administrator, you will be maintaining excellent relationships with National Account customers, Thrifty branches and sub-contractors. Provide dedicated support in line with company standards and assist National Accounts Reservations Agents as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage branch queries

·Trigger mileage, changeover and service requests on customer reservations systems

·Record and escalate overdue mileage requests appropriately

·Coordinate vehicle changeovers with other departments

·Run reports to help business operations

·Monitor and escalate high mileage reservations to account managers

·Use customer portals to address service issues and offer compensation when necessary

·Collaborate with Account Managers to resolve issues promptly

·Escalate potential problems to the Back Office Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience desirable but not essential
  • Happy to work independently, as well as in a team in fast pace environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
