Job Title - Service Manager
Location - South West
Salary - up to £50k inc Bonus + fantastic benefits listed below

Our Client is successful Material Handling dealership. They pride themselves on treating their team as individuals. They are looking for a Service Manager with EXCEPTIONAL people skills who could be from the following sectors:
- Material Handling
- HGV Fleet
- Construction Plant
- Agricultural Machinery
- Automotive
We are happy to talk to anyone who has previous Workshop Management or Regional Service experience.
The role will involve:
- Managing Service Engineers and the Support Team
- Managing quotes, chargeable work, Jobs allocation, Service schedule etc.
- Client relationship management
To be considered for this role you’ll need a couple of things:
- Have an EXCELLENT demonstrable background in Managing a Team of Engineers
- Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points)
- Be passionate about people with a focus on customer care
- Be able to establish effective working relationships.
- Previous Experience in engineering would be an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail.
