Switchboard Operator

My client is looking for Switchboard Operators to respond to all types of emergencies as per defined procedures, reacting quickly and effectively, recording all incidents and actions taken.

Role:                      Switchboard Operator

Location:               Exeter (Onsite)

Duration:               3 months initially (strong potential of extension / permanent contract)

Rate:                      £15+ per hour (Anti-social hours, overtime and nights paid at an increased rate)

Start:                      ASAP

Duties & Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Previous experience of using a switchboard
• Previous Telephonist/Customer Service experience
• Able to work flexibly and co-operatively as part of a team
• Post is based on a shift pattern working 37.5 hours per week
