- Ensures all estimates are produced in accordance with the estimating department procedures
- Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining best prices
- Analyse plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs
- Manage and present estimating / tendering information, site visits to gather information required
- Help identify the supply chain based on an informed and well developed understanding of the market
- Oversee the management of the production of papers for use in tender reviews and adjudications
- Assess the financial, technical and operational risks of the project
- Report writing and record keeping
- Experience in a previous role required
- Commercial project experience
- Construction related degree desirable
- Relevant driving licence
