Maintenance Technician

?We are currently partnering with a Devon based charity, who are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join their team on a 12-month contract.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £31,238 per annum, as well as a van and fuel card and extensive list of benefits, and they are looking for someone to start as quickly as possible, subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working across three sheltered living schemes in Exeter and Exmouth
• Patch plastering, aqua boarding, tiling, painting, pointing
• Responsive and small-scale plumbing (Replacing sinks, showers, taps and baths)
• Internal and external decorating

Experience required:

• Experience in a Social Housing setting
• Experience working with multiple trades

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
