After 18 months you will have achieved a recognised Customers Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification and gained a large amount of customer service experience giving you the chance to step up the career ladder!

As an apprentice Customer Service Representative in one of our branches, you will learn to look after our customers face to face and over the phone, keeping on top of administrative duties and assisting with opening and closing rental agreements. Whilst you learn your role, you will be completing your qualifications by written and verbal work. You will have regular meetings with your line manager and tutor to ensure that you are getting the support that you need during the course.

About you
·The ideal candidate will be able to present excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
·You will be passionate about delivering great customer service
·Be able to show good attention to detail.
·Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
·You have the desire to progress and learn.
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above is desirable but not essential.
This role is 40 hour per week contract, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Salary – £12,000 per annum, paid monthly.
