Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Exeter, EX5

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-perm

Salary: £12.50 per hour, £18.75 p/h overtime

Apollo Recruitment are looking for multiple counterbalance forklift drivers to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to transport materials within the warehouse or production area.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and stack them in designated areas.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are followed during forklift operations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid and up-to-date counterbalance forklift license/certification.
• Proven experience as a counterbalance forklift driver in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Ability to operate the forklift with precision and attention to safety.
• Good understanding of warehouse procedures and practices.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
