Job Overview:We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants/Support Worker/HCA/Care Assistant/Social Worker. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in various healthcare settings such as Nursing Homes, Care homes and home care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming- Support individuals with mobility and transfers- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals- Monitor and record vital signs- Assist with meal preparation and feeding- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided- Follow care plans and ensure individual needs are met
