Position: Night Warehouse Operative

Location: Exeter (EX3)

Working Hours: Flexible shift patterns available from 6pm-2am, 8pm-4am, 10pm-6am, Sunday-Friday with a day off during the week.

Hourly Rate: £11.50 per hour + Performance bonuses

Job Description: As a Night Warehouse Operative, you'll ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely loading/unloading of vans. Your primary responsibility will be picking and packing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders following established procedures.
• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
• Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery vans and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all items meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
• Willingness to work specified night shift hours.
