Who will you join?

What will you do?
- Handle a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims
- Including (but not limited to): property, construction and consumer contracts
- You will also assist senior fee earners with higher value disputes in order to build your experience further
- Review and advise on legal expense cover
- Be involved in training, supervising and developing more junior colleagues
- Monitor & provide management information to insurer clients
- Participate in marketing initiatives, attend conferences, assist with presentations, writing articles and creating marketing materials
What will you need?
- To be a senior paralegal or perhaps part qualified legal executive
- Litigation experience
- You will have Consumer Dispute Litigation experience AND;
- Have experience of Legal Expense Funded Cases
