  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electromechanical systems, including motors, drives, conveyors, and other equipment.
    • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
    • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that optimize equipment performance and reliability.
    • Utilize technical drawings, manuals, and diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
    • Stay current with advances in electromechanical technology and best practices in maintenance and reliability.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, and control circuits.
    • Proficiency in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
