This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to contribute to the success of a dynamic team, supporting their efforts in delivering exceptional service to clients in Exeter.

Wealth Management Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and proactive support to the Wealth Management Team
  • Enable the team to remain organised and work efficiently and effectively
  • Offer legal support to fee earners through administrative tasks and simple tasks on ongoing matters
  • Responsibilities include opening, closing, and archiving client files, audio and copy typing, proofreading, updating dictated work, handling client inquiries, processing payments, and document production (including assistance with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney)
  • Assist with retrieving or storing documents, diary management, and general administrative responsibilities
Wealth Management Assistant Requirements:
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client care
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and providing necessary information
  • Organised and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to take a calm and sympathetic approach when interacting with clients and their families
  • Demonstration of initiative and problem-solving skills
