Due to their continued growth and expansion across the UK, they now require a Technical Customer Support EngineerIn this varied and autonomous role, you will be required to deal with technical queries issued by retailers, customers or clients on products and offer advice. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and will have dealt with technical queries such as warranty questions etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established industry leader in a varied and autonomous role. With the company investing heavily in internal training, you will be able to develop and further your skillset.
